This local history museum focuses on the area’s industrial heritage.
The town of Viiala is known for its files, Montreal hockey sticks, glass, and leather. On display are items such as machinery and equipment from the Viiala file factory; files and other metal products made by Nirha and the file factory; hockey sticks; and historical fire extinguishing equipment, including a horse-drawn fire carriage, that was used by Wiiala WPK, the local volunteer fire brigade. The collection also includes agricultural objects, machinery, and handicrafts.
